Guide to Account Deletion

We would hate to see you go. However, if you have made up your mind to delete a Stickifax account you own and its associated data, here are the steps to follow:
  • Login to the account to be deleted through one of our apps, if you aren't already.
  • Navigate to the Select page by clicking the options button () on the profile page of the account, and scroll to find and click the "Delete Account" option upon which you will be asked to confirm the deletion procedure.
  • When you click to confirm that you intend to delete your account, you will be presented with a prompt requesting the password for this account. Type in the password and continue.
  • On entering the correct password, the deletion procedure will begin, and you will be logged out of the app. When the operation is concluded, you will be notified by email about the status of the deletion — successful or not.
  • If the deletion was not successful, it may be due a system error. Do try again at another time, when the error might have cleared, to delete the account.
Do note that any and all data connected to a successfully deleted account become irrecoverable – they will have all been deleted.
